Booking and cancellation policy

When you receive a confirmation by email, the reservation is approved and completed.

The number of guests, price, and room type will be stated in the confirmation you receive after booking.

The confirmed price is binding for both parties. However, Stevns Klint Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to adjust the price in case of changes in taxes, fees, or other circumstances beyond the control of the property.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 10:00.

Please note that cancellations of rooms can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. However, for special arrangements, different cancellation and payment terms may apply (for example, when renting the entire property or the venue “the barn”).

If you do not show up without prior cancellation or cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged a minimum of 50% of the total price of the stay. If we have incurred costs specifically related to your reservation, you are required to cover these expenses.

If the full reservation period is not used, for example due to late arrival or early departure, no refund will be given.

Payment for room stays is generally required upon arrival.
We accept the most common credit and debit cards as well as cash payment.

All prices stated in our online booking system, as well as elsewhere on the website, are listed in Danish kroner and include VAT and all taxes.

The guest or the person guaranteeing the room is responsible for any damage caused by negligent or irresponsible behavior.

Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. If this rule is violated, a fee of DKK 2,500 will be charged for additional cleaning.

Stevns Klint Bed & Breakfast may cancel or terminate the stay, and facilities may be closed due to force majeure, including war, riots, strikes, lockouts, oil and fuel rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural or environmental disasters, or similar events. In such cases, the guest is not entitled to any compensation or refund of the amount paid.

Pets are allowed in the rooms in the barn upon request and for an additional fee.

Stevns Klint Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to correct errors or changes in prices on the website, in the online booking system, and in printed materials. If a booking is made with an incorrect price, Stevns Klint Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the full amount.
